Creating frequently used pollys ahead of time and add them to your queue so they can be published whenever you want.
To create a polly in a scheduled Zoom meeting (in which you are the host)
- Schedule your Zoom meeting via the Zoom web app or desktop app
- Open your Zoom desktop client
- Navigate to the "Apps" tab in the top navigation
- Select "Polly"
- Open us the left-hand sidebar navigation and make sure that it is displaying your "Upcoming Meetings"
- Select the meeting you'd like to schedule pollys for
- Click "+ Add a Polly" on the right-hand side of the window
- Add as many pollys as you like to that meeting (They'll be placed in the queue and you can publish them as needed when the meeting begins.)

✏️ Note: All pollys sent in a meeting close automatically when the meeting ends. Pollys created and not sent in meeting will be available in the next meeting instance
What is a Polly Group
A Polly Group is a group of pollys created by the user in the Zoom Desktop app outside of a meeting. Pollys within a Polly Group can be added to the queue during a meeting, regardless of whether or not the user is the meeting host, and published as needed.
To create a Polly Group
- Open your Zoom desktop client
- Navigate to the "Apps" tab in the top navigation
- Select "Polly"
- Open the menu on the left-hand side
- Select "+ Add polly group" under the "Polly Group" drop-down to create your first group.
- Name your group and press "Create Group"
- Click "+ Add a Polly" on the right-hand side of the window
- Add as many pollys as you like to that group.
To add a pre-drafted pollys from your Polly Groups to your meeting:
- Join your meeting
- Select the "Apps" tab at the bottom of the meeting window
- Click on "Polly"
- Click the "Groups" button to the side of the main create button to add any existing Polly Group to your meeting.
- Once you click inside the Polly Group you'd like to add, select all the pollys you'd like to add to the queue and publish as needed.
